For over three decades, I’ve been playing an elaborate game of Concentration, matching the right buyers with the right sellers to close over $2 billion in commercial real estate deals.

I started in retail leasing with portfolios like Lennar Florida Partners, shifted into industrial sales, and then into development, converting warehouses into condominiums before adaptive reuse was a buzzword. At CBRE, I led the Private Capital Group in Miami, helping private investors navigate complex sales across asset types.

Today, I head up National Brokerage Partnerships for Crexi Auctions, helping brokers and their clients close faster, more efficiently, and with greater certainty. It’s part tech, part hustle, and all about getting deals across the finish line.
