As the New Year rang in.  The pundits were working on their market reports for the upcoming round of talks.  On Friday, we had the CIASF brought to us by the Dixon Family (and Ed Lyden), this week we have the CCIM Report and the CREWReport.  All eyes will be on the occupancy and vacancy charts for a glimmer of hope and a sign that the market is on the up.
